黑龙江省中职院校学生忽视现况及影响因素分析

The neglect status and influence factors of student in the vocational collage in heilongjiang

目的:了解中职院校学生的忽视现况,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,在黑龙江省中职类院校中随机抽取2所院校,共调查879名学生(男生276人,女生603人),采用"中国城区12~17岁中学生忽视评价常模"中规定的量表进行调查,Epi Data3.1建立数据库,SAS 9.2.1进行统计分析。结果:黑龙江省中职院校学生总体忽视度50.18±7.30。各年龄组间忽视程度差异无统计学意义;男生的受忽视程度高于女生(P<0.05)。16岁与17岁组卫校学生的忽视度高于经济类学校学生(P<0.05),且卫校男生与女生的忽视度均高于经济类学校男、女生的忽视度(P<0.01)。男生在情感、安全、医疗和社会层面上的忽视度均高于女生(P<0.05),女生在身体层面的忽视度高于男生(P<0.01)。影响因素分析结果显示,性别为男、住校、与父、母关系不好及父母关系不良为影响忽视强度的主要因素。结论:黑龙江省中职院校学生忽视强度较大,且受家庭影响较多。因此应对父母开展有关知识的健康教育,改善家庭氛围和亲子关系,为青少年健康成长提供良好的环境。

Objective： To survey current state and relevant risk factors of neglect for urban Vocational school students. Methods： 879 students （of whom males are 31.40% ） were multistage stratified randomly sampled from Jiamusi. They were investigated by Evaluation Questionnaire of Child Neglect for Urban Students aged 12 ~ 17 years in China. SAS 9.2.1 was employed for statistic analysis. Results： The average neglect degree of students aged 15 - 17 were 50.18 ＋7.30. There was no differences in different age groups and neglect degree of males were higher than the female＇ s （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The average neglect degree of medical school students aged 16,17 were higher than the economical school （P 〈 0. 05 ）, so were the males＇ and the female＇ s. There were no differences in different age groups on the six neglect types. And the neglect degrees on emotion, medical, safety and society of males were higher than the female＇ s （P 〈 0. 05 ）. While the physical neglect degree was on the contrary. Single factor analysis, binary logistic analysis and multiple linear regression showed that the main risk factors of students aged 15 - 17 included sex, whether on campus, relationship with their parents and relationship between parents. Conclusion： The current neglect state of urban students aged 15 - 17 in Jiamusi is serious and the main risk factor comes from families. We should educate parents more on child neglect and improve the atmosphere in the family. As a result, we can give them a better atmosphere for their growing.
