摘要
面对钢铁行业经营形势日益严峻的局面,安钢2#高炉通过配加低品位块矿来降低生铁成本。在对该矿进行冶金性能综合评价的基础上,生产中采用长协主流块矿与低品位块矿搭配使用的方针,先采取了小比例配加,然后根据实际使用效果实时调整配加比例。通过高炉精心操作,保持炉况的稳定顺行,确保燃料成本的升高金额小于原料成本的降低金额,最终实现生铁成本的降低,发挥出其降本作用。生产实践证明,低品位块矿代替部分中高品位块矿达到了降低成本的预期目的。
Facing increasingly grim situation in the steel industry, the No.2 BF of Anyang iron and Steel company reduced the cost of pig iron by using low-grade lump ore.Based on the comprehensive evaluation on metallurgical properties of the ore, main lump ore in long term agreement and low-grade lump ore were used synthetically in the process;a small proportion firstly, then adding the proportion according to the actual adjustment effect.Through careful operation of the blast furnace, the stability of the furnace was maintained, ensuring that the cost of fuel increase is less than the decrease of the cost of raw material, at last the cost of iron making was reduced.The production practice has proved that the anticipated goal of reducing the cost was achieved by using the low grade lump ore instead of a part of the middle and high grade lump ore.
