摘要
本文针对HRB500E高强钢筋强屈比控制难度大,抗震性能合格率偏低等问题,通过研究分析其产品技术要求及生产特性等,进而采取优化合金成分控制范围、完善轧制工艺管理等措施,最终取得了良好效果:抗震性能合格率由工艺优化前的80%提高到99%以上。
Based on strong flexor HRB500E high strength steel ratio control is difficult, the problem such as seismic performance qualified rate is low, through research and analysis the technical requirements and production characteristics, etc., and then take optimized alloy composition control, perfect management measures, such as rolling technology has achieved good result finally: seismic performance qualified rate increased to 99% from 80% before the process optimization.
