摘要
从行星自转与公转的相关性出发 ,导出地球内核的偏心距 ,从而得知自转轴的偏心距 。
From the correlation of rotation and revolution of planets,the off center distance of the earth core can be deduced.Thus,the off center distance of the axis of rotation can be derived and the phenomenon of Chandler Sway is explained.
