慢性肝病随访系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Follow-up System of Chronic Liver Disease

目的:进一步做好肝病研究基地的业务建设工作和保证慢性肝病研究工作的顺利进行,继承、诠释、创新、发展中医肝病理论。方法:利用公有云计算平台,采用B/S架构,通过浏览器进行在线医疗管理,并同时针对医生与患者开发出手机客户端。结果:建立了一个权威、专业、有自身特色的慢性肝病随访系统,实现了对慢性肝病患者从入院到出院后长期随访的全程疾病信息收集、分析与利用。结论:慢性肝病随访系统可收集、整理、分析慢性肝病患者在医院就诊期间与院后康复阶段的各类信息,从而研究中医药在慢性肝病患者康复过程中所起到的作用。

Objective： To further carry out the construction work of liver disease research base and ensure the smooth progress, inheritance, interpretation and innovation of chronic liver disease research. Methods： Using the public cloud computing platform, B/S architecture was adopted to manage the online medical service through the browser. At the same time, the mobile client was developed for the doctors and patients. Results： The establishment of an authoritative, professional, has its own characteristics of chronic liver disease follow-up system, to achieve chronic liver disease patients from admission to discharge after the long-term follow-up disease information collection, analysis and utilization. Conclusion： The chronic liver disease follow-up system can collect, sort and analyze all kinds of information of patients with chronic liver disease during hospitalization and hospital rehabilitation, so as to study the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic liver disease.
