摘要
目的:探讨数字医疗康复技术在悬吊运动治疗(SET)慢性非特异性下背痛中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年5月至2016年4月在医院接受治疗的慢性非特异性下背痛患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,两组患者均接受悬吊运动治疗,而观察组患者在此基础上采用数字医疗康复技术调整悬吊运动治疗量。对比分析两组患者治疗前后的多裂肌横切面积、视觉模拟评分和改良Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,其L4和L5节段多裂肌横切面积均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),且与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的L4、L5节段多裂肌横切面积增加得更快(P<0.05);经过治疗后,两组患者第2周和第4周的视觉模拟评分和改良Oswestry功能障碍指数均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善得更优(P<0.05)。结论:数字医疗康复技术在悬吊运动治疗(SET)慢性非特异性下背痛中的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者背痛症状,促进其功能恢复,在临床治疗慢性非特异性下背痛中值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of digital medical rehabilitation technique on the treatment of chronic nonspecific lower back pain with suspension motor therapy (SET). Methods: Sixty patients with chronic nonspecific lower back pain treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. It can improve the symptom of back pain and promote its function recovery. It is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment of chronic nonspecific lower back pain. application.
