超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗对盆腔囊肿患者的治疗效果与安全性探讨

Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Ultrasound-guided Ethanol Sclerotherapy in Patients with Pelvic Cyst

目的:探讨超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗对盆腔囊肿患者的治疗效果与安全性。方法:选取2014年3月至2016年3月期间在医院就诊且接受超声引导下治疗的盆腔囊肿患者469例,共512例囊肿,随机分为3组:A组(94例)的囊肿永久保留5-10 m L无水乙醇;B组(183例)的囊肿不保留无水乙醇;C组(192例)的囊壁进行硬化治疗,24 h后拔出留置引流管,分析患者治疗后的并发症和疗效,采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行分析。结果:(1)各组患者平均年龄、平均病程、囊肿类型和囊肿直径之比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),符合试验要求;(2)3组之间的并发症比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)3组之间的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)囊肿直径<12 cm和≥12 cm的患者中,3组之间的总有效率比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗盆腔囊肿,减少并发症,提高治疗总有效率和安全性。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect arid safety of ultrasound-guided ethanol sclerotherapy in patients with pelvic cyst. Methods： 469 patients with pelvic cysts treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 underwent ultrasound- guided treatment. A total of 512 cysts were randomly divided into three groups： Group A （94 cases） C group （192 cases） were treated with sclerotherapy, and after 24h, indwelling drainage tube was pulled out to analyze the complications and the curative effect of the patients after treatment, Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for analysis. Results： （1）DThe average age, mean course of disease, cyst type and cyst diameter of each group had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）, which accorded with the requirement of experiment. （2）There were significant differences in the complications between the three groups （P〈0.05）. （3）There was significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups （P〈0.05）. （4）There were significant differences between the three groups （P〈0.01） in the patients with cyst diameter 〈12 cm and ≥ 12 cm. Conclusion： Ultrasound-guided ethanol sclerotherapy of pelvic cyst was to reduce complications, improve the total efficiency arid safety of treatment.
