摘要
目的:基于云平台及IHE工作流程设计构建解构PACS。方法:运用XML、HL7、DICOM、HTTP等标准技术设计解构PACS的各个组件,再应用品高云服务系统、VMWARE ESXI5.0系统对解构PACS服务器资源进行虚拟化、重组、动态变更。结果:实现PACS组件化、各个组件之间的互联互通及区域影像信息的共享。结论:基于云平台设计的解构PACS,运用可拆分的组件式设计思想,提高了PACS在影像检查应用的灵活性与便利性,同时满足了临床医生异地调阅、统一浏览影像信息以及远程会诊的要求。
Objective: To design and structure Deconstructed PACS on basis of cloud platform and IHE workflow. Methods: XML,HL7,DICOM,HTTP and other standard technology were used to design system components of the Deconstructed PACS. Then Bingo Cloud service system, VMware ESXI5.0 system were applied to virtualize, restructure and dynamicly change the server resources of the Deconstmcted PACS. Results: To realize the deconstruction of PACS and the interconnection among different components of PACS, to share and access regional image data as well. Conclusions: Deconstructed PACS which is designed on cloud platform basis, improved the flexibility and convenience of the application of PACS in image inspection with uses of detachable components design ideas. Meanwhile, clinicians could carry on remote image information access, unified image information browsing and remote consultation.
