摘要
目的:通过临床测试检验基于智能SDA手持终端体温测量频次自动安排程序的时间效率和准确性,提高临床护理信息化和工作效率。方法:根据仲剑平主编的《医疗护理技术操作常规》(第四版)有关体温测量要求进行设定,研究开发了基于智能SDA手持终端体温测量频次自动安排程序,使用智能SDA手持终端体温测量频次自动安排程序自动生成的方法,采集2016年2月15-19日2个内科2个外科病房所有住院患者六个时间点需测体温的患者信息,记录操作时间和出错情况,与传统手工计算体温测量频次方法比较。结果:智能SDA手持终端体温测量频次自动安排程序自动生成体温频次时间显著短于手工体温频次时间(P<0.01),漏测率及错误率显著降低,且准确率显著高于手工计算体温频次(P<0.05)。结论:智能SDA手持终端体温测量频次自动安排程序可提高体温测量的准确性和及时性,减少护士操作时间和差错,提高工作效率。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical application advantage of automatic clinical temperature measuring scheduling program based on intelligent SDA handheld terminals. Methods: According to Zhong jianping Medical nursing wchnical operation routine version4, set requirements for body temperature measurement. Develop automatic clinical temperature measuring scheduling program and use it to collect body temperature of inpatient from 2 internal medicine and 2 external medicine wards at six time-point from 2/15/2016 to2/19/2016, record operation time and error, and compared with traditional methods. Results: The time length of automatic clinical temperature measuring scheduling program based on intelligent SDA handheld terminals is significantly shorter than that of traditional manual method (P〈0.01), and accuracy rate is significantly higher (P〈0.05) . The Leakage rate and error rate decreased significantly in the automatic clinical temperature measuring scheduling program terminals than traditional manual method. Conclusion: The automatic clinical temperature measuring scheduling program can improve the accuracy and timeliness of body temperature measurement, reduce operating time and errors of nurses, and improve work efficiency.
