摘要
研究氢化钠(NaH)/三乙基氯硅烷(Et_3SiCl)体系改性丁腈橡胶(NBR)的性能。结果表明:采用NaH/Et_3SiCl体系和反应加工法改性NBR得到Si-NBR,此过程不会引起橡胶大分子链的断裂或交联,Si-NBR的凝胶质量分数和相对分子质量也与NBR胶料相差不大;NBR改性后引入了Si—CH_2CH_3基团,填料网络化效应改善,Si-NBR混炼胶的Payne效应以及Si-NBR硫化胶的压缩疲劳温升和压缩永久变形都明显降低;当NaH和Et_3SiCl的用量相等且总用量小于0.08mol时,Si-NBR硫化胶的物理性能与NBR硫化胶相当。
The properties of NBR modified by NaH/Et3SiC1 system were investigated.The results showed that, during the reaction processing, fracture or crosslinking of rubber macromolecular chain did not occur. The gel mass fraction and relative molecular weight of Si-NBR were similar with the starting NBR.With the Si-CH2CH3 group being grafted to NBR, the filler network was weakened in the compound, and then the Payne effect of Si-NBR mix, compression temperature rise and compression set of Si-NBR vulcanizate were significantly reduced.When the dosages of Nail and Et3SiC1 were equal and their total amount was less than 0.08 mol, other physical properties of Si-NBR vulcanizates were the same as that of unmodified NBR vulcanizates.
