摘要
吸水率是评价干压陶瓷砖内在质量的重要指标之一。测定吸水率的主要方法是真空法,而真空度是影响测定吸水率高低的主要因素。由于真空度不足时测定的吸水率是造成干压陶瓷砖成为不合格品的常见现象,因此实验室对在不同条件下的真空度进行吸水率试验和研究。笔者采用蒸馏水和自来水分别作为浸液,在不同的条件下进行陶瓷砖的吸水率数据分析与比较。
Water absorption is one of the key factors in evaluating dry processing ceramic tiles. Vacuum method is the main way for water absorption testing, in which vacuity plays a key role on the testing results. In practice, lack of vacuity is of- ten occurred during the testing which in turn results in unqualified products. Therefore, laboratory tests were conducted to study the water absorption under different condition. This paper used the distilled water and tap water were used as extract, and comparing the data analysis of ceramic tile water absorption rate under different conditions.
