个体化心理干预对经皮冠状动脉介入术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effects of individual psychological intervention on anxious and depressive emotions of patients undergoing percutaneous coro- nary intervention

目的探讨个体化心理干预对经皮冠状动脉介入术患者焦虑抑邵情绪的影响。方法将130例行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗的患者按照住院日，明分为两组，每组65例。两组均予以常规护理，干预组在此基础上联合个体化心理干预。观察住院全程。于干预前后采用一般资料捌查表、医院焦虑抑郁量表及护理工作满意度问卷进行测评分析。结果入院时两组医院焦虑抑郁量表的焦虑及抑郁因子分比较差异无娃著性（P〉0.05）；出院时两纽均较入院时姓著降低（P〈0．01），干预组显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。出院时干预组患肯对护刖态度满意度显并尚于对照组（P〈0．01），护理技能满意度两组比较差异尤显著性（P〉0．05）。结论个体化心理干预可显著改善经皮冠状动脉介入术患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of individual psychological interven lion （IPI） on anxious and depressive emotions of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods A total of 130 patients undergoing PCI were assigned to two groups of 65 ones each ac cording to admission date. Both groups received routine nursing and intervention group was plus IPI on t}le basis of routine nursing. Assessments were conducted with the general information questionnaire, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale （HADS） and Questionnaire o[ Inpatients＇ Saris{action with Nurs ing （QISN） before and after intervention. Results There were no significant group differences in anxiety and depression score of the HADS on admission （P〈0.05） ; anxiety and depression score of the HAI）S of both groups lowered more significantly at discharge than those on admission （P 〈0.01） and those were significantly lower in intervention than in control group （P〈0.01）. Patients＇ satisfaction with nursing at titude was significantly higher in intervention than in control group （P〈0.01） and group difference in pa Iients＇ satisfaction with nursing skills wasn＇t significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The IPI could notably improve anxious and depressive emotions of patients undergoing PCI and boost patients＇ satisfaction with nursing.
