茶叶制品的质量安全关系到居民的食用安全和身体健康,在茶叶质量安全危机频繁发生的背景下,利用信息技术来构建溯源体系,是保障当前茶叶制品质量安全的有效手段。通过对茶叶供应链流通环节的需求分析,提出基于RFID的茶叶制品溯源体系技术解决方案。围绕RFID溯源体系的数据采集与交互需求,进行溯源系统的软件层次与架构设计。所研究的技术方案和设计的软件架构,为茶叶制品流通过程的防伪识别与溯源追踪提供可行的参考。
