“校企合作”框架下高职经管专业顶岗实习管理体系的构建——以广西电力职业技术学院为例

The construction of the management system of students internship in Higher Vocational Colleges under the cooperation framework——Taking Guangxi Electric Power Institute of Vocational Training as an example

本文主要分析了当前高职院校经管类专业顶岗实习存在的问题,提出从五个方面:完善顶岗实习教学管理制度体系、健全学院、系部、专业团队、专业教师和辅导员四级顶岗实习管理组织体系、构建"岗前系部主导、岗上企业主导、学生自主管理"三元主体的顶岗实习过程管理体系、建立学校、企业双元考核评价体系、创建顶岗实习的反馈体系,去构建高职经管类专业学生顶岗实习管理体系,确保顶岗实习顺利进行。

This article mainly analyzes the current problems existing in the professional field work of administration in higher vocational colleges, put forward from five aspects： perfecting the system of field work and teaching management system, perfect college, department, professional team, professional teachers and counselors level 4 field work management system, build the ＂dominance of pre-service department, hills enterprise dominated, students＇ management＂ three yuan field work process of the subject of the dual management system, set up schools and enterprises assessment evaluation system, and create the field work of feedback system, to build the higher vocational students of administration field work management system, to ensure that the field work smoothly.
