秩和比法在医院医疗质量评价中的应用

Application of rank sum ratio in hospital medical quality evaluation

为了对某医院各科室医疗质量进行评价,为医院管理提供科学依据,为医院提升医疗服务质量提供建议。采用秩和比法(RSR法)对某医院医疗质量指标进行统计分析。十二个科室可分为三档,好的为三个科室(眼科、神经科和循环科),中等的为六个科室(外一科、普外科、泌尿科、妇科、呼吸科和骨科),差的为三个科室(儿科、耳鼻科和心外科)。运用秩和比法评价医院医疗质量,能直观、准确地反应各科室医疗质量的实际情况,为医院管理提供科学依据。

Objective to evaluate the medical quality of each department of X Hospital,to provide scientific basis to the management of the hospital and to offer suggestions to promote the medical quality. Methods RSR statistical analysis was used to evaluate the medical quality of X hospital .Results 12 departments fallen into 3 grades .The medical quality of 2 departments（acute pediatric etc）in I grade was the best.5 departments（acute neurologist etc）in II grade was better.5 departments（acute cardiac surgery etc）in III grade was worst. Conclusion The evaluating results of medical quality among departments studied may reflect relative high or low nicety and visually, and the results can provide scientific basis to the management of the hospital.
