摘要
英国大学校长职位中鲜有女性身影,高等教育领域的话语权依然为男性所主宰。女性在晋升大学校长过程中遇到诸多困境,如学术界的"漏管"效应、事业—家庭之间的矛盾等。搭建男女教师公平竞争的平台以封堵"漏管"效应,寻求事业与家庭之间关系的平衡是女性精英们在晋升与任职期间应对困境的破解之道。性别多元化将是大学校长职业构成发展与改革的时代潮流。
There are few female figures in the position of university chancellors, and the discourse right ofhigher education is still dominated by men. Women encounter many difficulties in the promotion of universitychancellors, such as the Pipe Leakage Effect in academia,on. Building a platform for fair competition to plug the Pipecontradictory between career and family and soLeakage Effect, and seeking a balance between ca-reer and family are the ways to deal with the dilemma of female elite in the promotion and tenure. Gender diver-sity will be the trend of the times in the development and reform of university chancellors' occupational composi-tion.
