1995—2016年国内有关环孢素研究文献的计量分析

A review of researches on cyclosporine from 1995 to 2016 in China

对1995-2016年有关环孢素研究方面的文献从发表年代、期刊来源、文献主题词三个方面进行了统计分析:2001-2006年相关研究文献药量呈对数增长,2006年达到顶峰,2007-2013年呈平稳趋势,2014-2016年呈略显下降趋势;文章主要发表在《国外医学》《中华器官移植杂志》等期刊上;主题词主要有肾移植、他克莫司、临床研究等;研究的可治疗的疾病主要有再生障碍性贫血、红斑狼疮、肾小球疾病、心肌缺血等.

A statistics is done about cyclosporine in terms of years,sources,literature subjects in 1995-2016.From 2001 to 2006,the studies on cyclosporine start to increase to a climax in 2006.From 2007 to 2013,the studies of cyclosporine show steady,and from 2014 to 2016 downward trend is observed.The articles are largely published in the foreign medical journal and Chinese journal of organ transplantation,with subject headings being renal transplantation,tacrolimus,and clinical researches aiming at treatment of diseases of aplastic anemia,lupus erythematosus,glomerular and myocardial ischemia.
