摘要
将新入职教师的职业素养分为职业道德、教学内容、教学方法和教学效果四部分.通过对"学评教"数据的分析得出,高职院校新入职教师在职业道德方面有所欠缺,在教学内容、教学方法和教学效果方面表现较好,在理论联系实际、技能、普通话和利用现代化教学手段方面优于老教师.
The professional quality of the new teachers can be divided into four parts, teacher ethics, teaching contents, methods and effects. An assessment is done by students of the new teachers, and data analysis shows that they lack professional ethics, but are good at teaching contents, methods and effects. In addition, they are better than old teachers in theories, skills, mandarin and use of modernized teaching means.
