使用流变相反应法 ,用尿素和水对原料氧化锌进行处理 ,在 12 0℃左右首先制得前驱物 ,由IR、XRD和TG、DTA表征前驱物为Zn4CO3 (OH) 6·2H2 O 前驱物在 30 0℃分解 1h得纳米氧化锌 用XRD和TEM对产物的组成、粒度、形貌进行表征 结果表明 ,产物纳米氧化锌属于六方晶系 ,呈球形 ,大小均匀 ,平均粒径为
The rheological phase reaction method was used to treat raw material ZnO with CO(NH 2 ) 2 and H 2 O. Precursor was obtained at about 120℃. The data of IR,XRD,TG and DTA indicate the precursor is Zn 4 CO 3 (OH) 6 ·2H 2 O. After 1h at 300℃ the precursor decomposed into nanometre ZnO. Its structure, size and appearance were characterized by X\|ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscope. These studies show that the ZnO crystalline has hexagonal structure with spherical appearance and uniform size of 30nm or so.
