摘要 以西咀热电厂烟气活性炭脱硫富集SO_2烟气制酸工程为例,针对燃煤电厂脱硫富集SO_2烟气流量小、温度高、SO_2浓度高、尘含量高并含有氟、氯、氨、汞等有害杂质的特点,采取一转一吸烟气富集SO_2制酸工艺,该工艺装置投产后运行稳定,各项工艺指标均达到设计要求,既满足环保法律规定的排放标准,又实现了资源的回收利用,取得很好的社会、环境和经济效益。 The paper takes the sulfnric acid production project of West Tsui power plant for example to explain that the singleconversion single-absorption suliuric aeid production process with enriched SO2 from desulfurized flue gas is preferred because the flue gas from coal fird power plants features low flow rate, high temperature, high SO, concentration and high dust content as well as contains detrimental impurities, such as fluorid, chlorine, ammonia and mercury. The equipment for this technology runs stable after being put into operation and all technical indexes meet the design requirement. The flue gas cleaned with this technology complies with the discharge standard specified by the environmental protection laws and furthermore the technology makes resource recycle possible and brings higher social, environmental and economic benefits fnr
