摘要
简要介绍了镍基高温合金的物理性能和加工性能;进而介绍了国内外镍基高温合金切削加工的研究成果,主要分析重点集中在刀具材料的选择及切削性能的研究等方面;最后介绍了Inconel617切削加工性能和小孔加工工艺。
The paper briefs the physical properties and machinability of nickle-based superalloy and the home and abroad study result about the machining of the nickle-based superalloy. The focus is placed on the material selection and cutting performance of cutting tools. An alloy Incone 617＇s machinability and how to make small holes on it are explained.
