优化轴承室结构降低风力发电机温升

摘要 轴承温升过高是风力发电机运行中最为严重的故障之一。文章分析了影响风力发电机轴承温度的几个因素,通过对轴承室的结构优化,降低了轴承的工作温度,提高了轴承的可靠性。 High temperature-rise of the bearing was one of the most serious failures among those happened during the operation of wind turbine generator. Several factors to influence temperature-rise of wind turbine gen- erator' s bearing were analyzed, to decrease the bearing working temperature and increase reliability of the bearing through optimizing the bearing room' s construction.
