高压绕线转子电机双轴伸结构的实现

摘要 由于高压绕线转子电机穿线的结构特点,其只能采用单轴伸形式。通过更改轴的结构,在轴上均匀分布6个长方形槽并安装轴套,保证了电机的正常出线,也满足了此绕线转子电机双轴伸输出转矩的需求。 Single shaft extension mode was adopted in the high-voltage wound-rotor motor because of its feature of the outlet wiring. Through changing the shaft construction, i.e., six rectangle slots were furnished evenly on the shaft, and then, the shaft sleeve was assembled on it, this con- struction not only guaranted the regular outlet wiring but also realized the requirement of output torque of the double shaft extension of the high-voltage wound-rotor motor.
