摘要
用生物检测的方法测定了山苍子油的杀菌谱。结果表明:10%山苍子精油丙酮液对三种病原细菌无抑制作用;14%山苍子乳油对三种霉菌无抑制作用,但对七种常见作物病原真菌在1:1000倍时,能完全抑制其生长。所配乳剂在紫外光照10小时;55℃水溶8小时;或在pH2.5和pH9.5条件下存放5小时都可保证其乳化性质稳定,不丧失抑菌活性。
In this paper, the authors studied the antimicrobic spectrum of the essential oil of Liisea cubeba and the formulation stability of the esstial oil. The results indicated, the esstial oil did not have effects on the three moulds; Thizopus nigricans, Penicillium itallium, Aspergillus oryzae, and it a did not have effects either on the three plant pathogenic bacteria. Xantomonas oryzae, Xanthomonas citri and Erwinia carotouora.But it stronely inhibited the growth oi Fusarium oxysporum,Verticillium alboatrum, Piricularia oryzae, Thizoctonia solani, Fusarium graminearum, Drechslera graminea and Sclerorium rolfsii at 200-400ppm. The emulsifiable formulation of the essential oil (dimethylbenzene : essential oil : emulsifier 602=45:40:15) was stable when it was heat treated at 55℃ for eight hours, Uv ( 254nm ) treated for ten hours, or pH2.5 and pH9.5 treated for five hours. Its formulation still had strong antimicrobic activity.
