近年来,围绕精细化管理在高校各领域应用的相关研究不断涌现。通过梳理高校精细化管理的研究现状,分析高校学生工作的具体内容及特点,发现精细化管理在一般学生事务领域具有较高的适用性,而在心理健康、思想政治教育等领域的应用则受高校学生的群体特点以及管理者管理能力的影响。
