摘要 基于全过程的贫困生资助绩效评价对规范资助过程、提升资助绩效、体现教育公平有着积极作用。构建贯穿资助全过程、指标内涵清晰、目标导向明显的指标体系,采用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法,消除主观因素在评价中的不准确性,力求使评价结果更为科学合理,有效改善和提高贫困生资助工作的水平。 The whole process performance evaluation system of funding for poor students plays positive effects in stand- ardizing fund process, improving funding performance and reflecting the education fair. By the quantitative and qualita- tive analysis ,the whole process performance evaluation system of funding with dear-connotation indicators and goal-di- rected indicator can be built up to eliminate uncertainty caused by subjective factors to seek accuracy of the evaluation results and to strive to be more scientific and reasonable to effectively improve and enhance the work of poor students.
