摘要 采用电解-Fenton法预处理炼油碱渣废水,探究初始反应pH,Fe^(2+)投加量、电解还原再生的Fe^(2+)与投加H_2O_2的摩尔比对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:电解-Fenton法能有效降低碱渣废水的COD,改善其可生化性。在反应初始pH值为2.0,Fe^(2+)投加量为1.2 g/L,电解还原再生的Fe^(2+)与投加H_2O_2的摩尔比为0.85的最佳条件下,经过1.5 h反应,出水COD去除率达到58.2%,BOD5和COD的比值为0.38,可直接进入后续的生化处理系统。 Oil refining alkaline wastewater was pretreated by electrolysis-Fenton method, and the initial reaction pH, Fe2+ dosing quantity and the molar ratio of electrolytic reduction regeneration of Fe2+ and H2O2 effecting on the treatment effect was studied. The experimental results show that: Electrolytic-Fenton method can effectively re- duce the COD of alkaline waste water, to improve the biodegradability. Under the optimum conditions of the initial pH 2. 0, Fe2+ dosage 1.2 g/L, the molar ratio of electrolytic reduction regeneration of Fe2+ and H2O2 being 0.85 , oxidating 1.5 hours , the COD removal rate was 58.2% and the ratio of BOD5 and COD was 0.38, which can go directly into the subsequent biological treatment system.
