摘要 用Mitsunobu反应改进盖布瑞尔合成法,以邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,分别制得单端和双端取代的聚乙二醇衍生物(3和5);3和5经肼解反应制得单端和双端氨基取代的聚乙二醇,其结构经1H NMR和MS(ESI)确证。 The single and double terminate substutited polyethylene glycol(3 and 5) were obtained by the Gabriel synthesis method, which was impoved by Mitsunobu reaction, using phthalimide as the ma- terial. Single and double amino-polyethylene glycol were prepared by hydrazinolysis reaction of 3 with 5. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS(ESI).
