摘要
近年来,电子商务行业基层人才供给与需求无法合理对接,电商企业亟需科学可靠的胜任力测评模型来招聘和培训基层员工。本文结合已有研究和电商行业基层员工业务的特点,针对性建立了该行业基层员工胜任特征体系并进行了实证研究;同时运用层次分析法最终建立电子商务行业基层员工胜任力模型,提出该模型在招聘和培训中的运用。
In recent years, the e-commerce industry, grass-roots talent supply and demand can not be a reasonable docking, electricity companies need scientific and reliable competency evaluation system to recruit and train grassroots employees. Based on existing research and the characteristics of business activities of grassroots employees, this paper has established the competency system of grassroots employees in the industry and carried out empirical research. At the same time, the AHP method is used to establish the competency model of the basic staff in ihe e-commerce Industry, and the application of the system in recruitment and training is put forward.
