Research Advancements of Genomic Infectious cDNA Clone of Positive-Strand RNA Virus

综合叙述了构建正链RNA病毒基因组全长感染性cDNA克隆的基本思路和关键技术 ,并总结了影响基因组全长克隆感染性的因素 还简要介绍了利用正链RNA病毒基因组感染性克隆所取得的一些研究进展 。

Basic considerations, key methods and technologies employed during construction of genomic full\|length infectious cDNA clone of positive\|strand RNA virus are synthetically dwelt. Factors affecting infectivity of genomic clone are also summarized here.Some research advances are briefly introduced based on applications of positive\|strand RNA viruses infectious clones. Finally, we sum up present situation relative to this subject in China.
