摘要 基于工程教育认证标准,分析了我校环境工程专业的特点,构建了与学校特色鲜明的高水平应用型人才培养目标要求相适应的本科人才培养体系,探索了深化人才培养模式改革方向。我校环境工程本科生的培养从仅注重污染治理技术工艺到注重污染产生全过程控制技术、设备与方法的模式转变,并注重师资队伍和对外交流合作的建设,同步提升教师和学生的环保技能,达到培养高素质的工程应用型创新人才,进一步将科研资源转化为提升人才培养质量的平台,提高学生的核心就业竞争力,更好地为国民经济和社会发展服务。 The characteristic of our environmental engineering is introduced in this study. The undergraduate course personnel training system, which matches with the target of our applicable talents cultivating, is developed. The direction of reformation for deepening talents training model is also explored. The training of environmental engineering undergraduate will change from only sticking to pollution control technology to laying attention emphasis to control technology, and equipment during the pollution-causing whole procedure. The construction of environmental engineering pays attention on both training of teachers and oversea exchange and cooperation, which can improve environmental protection skill of the teachers and the students. In addition, this model can train the high-quality engineering application talents, and change the scientific research resources into the platform of improving the quality of talent training. It can enhance the graduate employment core competitiveness. The graduates trained by this model can serve national economy and social development better.
