受血者红细胞血型不规则抗体筛选在临床输血中的价值评价

Evaluation on the Value of Erythrocyte Blood Group Irregular Antibody Screening of Recipients in Clinical Blood Transfusion

目的探讨受血者红细胞血型不规则抗体筛选在临床输血中的实用价值。方法随机选取2014年1月至2015年12月期间进行手术备血或治疗性输血的1 200例患者,采用微柱凝胶法筛查其不规则抗体,并对阳性标本进行特异性鉴定,以确保临床中输血安全。结果在所有不规则抗体中,男性患者的阳性率为5.20%(37例),女性患者的阳性率为8.20%(40例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);怀孕患者的阳性率为19.72%(85例),非怀孕患者的阳性率为8.77%(5例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前受血者红细胞血型不规则抗体筛选对临床输血安全具有重要的意义,能够有效减少输血不良反应。

Objective To explore the practical value of erythrocyte blood group irregular antibody screening of recipients in blood transfusion. Methods 1 200 cases of patients with surgical or therapeutic blood transfusion from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected. The irregular antibody was screened by microcolumn gel method, and the positive samples received specific identification to ensure the safety of blood transfusion in clinical practice. Results Of all the irregular antibodies, the positive rates of male patients and female patients were respectively 5.20% （37 cases） and 8.20% （40 cases）, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The positive rates ofpreguant patients and non-pregnant patients were respectively 19.72% （85 cases） and 8.77% （5 cases）, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Erythrocyte blood group irregular antibody screening of recipients before surgery has important significance for safety of clinical blood transfusion, which can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of blood transfusion.
