达立通颗粒治疗消化不良伴反流性胃病的疗效及安全性

Curative Effect and Safety of Dalitong Granules in the Treatment of Dyspepsia Combined with Reflux Gastropathy

目的探讨达立通颗粒在消化不良伴反流性胃病患者中的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取我院2015年10月至2016年10月收治的50例消化不良伴反流性胃病患者,随机分为研究组和常规组各25例。常规组给予抑酸护胃、促进胃动力等对症治疗,研究组在常规组基础上给予达立通颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果研究组的总有效率为96.0%,显著高于常规组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的口干、腹痛、头晕、失眠、恶心发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达立通颗粒治疗消化不良伴反流性胃病患者,可提高临床疗效,不良反应少,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the treatment effect and safety of Dalitong granules in patients with dyspepsia and reflux gastropathy. Methods 50 cases of patients with dyspepsia complicated with reflux gastropathy admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and conventional group, with 25 cases in each group. The conventional group received acid-resisting, stomach-protecting, gastric motility promotion and other symptomatic treatment, while the study group was treated with Dalitong granules on the basis of conventional group. The curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 68.0% of conventional group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the incidences of dry mouth, abdominal pain, dizziness, insomnia and nausea between two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Dalitong granules in the treatment of patients with dyspepsia and reflux gastropathy can improve clinical effect, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
