曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Trimetazidine Combined with Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Injection in the Treatment of Unstable Angina

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年10月至2016年10月期间收治的86例不稳定性心绞痛患者,根据不同的治疗方案分为对照组与研究组各43例。两组患者均接受常规治疗。对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,研究组在此基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液。对比分析两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的心绞痛发作次数明显少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上给予不稳定性心绞痛患者曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,可取得较好的临床效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods 86 cases of patients with unstable angina admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the different treatments, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment. The control group was treated with trimetazidine, while the study group was treated with ligustrazine injection on this basis. The clinical effect was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of study group was 95.35%, significantly higher than 81.40% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The frequency of angina of study group was significantly less than that of control group, and the duration of angina was significantly shorter than that of control group, with statistical differences （39〈0.05）. Conclusions Based on the conventional treatment, the trimetazidine combined with miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection in the treatment of unstable angina has better clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
