运用助产综合服务模式降低会阴侧切效果的研究

Study on the Effect of Obstetrical Comprehensive Service Mode of Midwifery in Reducing Lateral Episiotomy

目的探讨产科实施助产综合服务模式对降低产妇会阴侧切率的效果。方法选取我院收治的240例产妇,随机分为对照组与干预组各120例。对照组接受常规护理服务,干预组采用助产综合服务模式。比较两组产妇的临床护理服务满意度、会阴侧切率、机体舒适度以及产后并发症。结果干预组的临床护理服务满意度为90.83%,显著高于对照组的80.83%(P<0.05)。干预组的舒适度各项指标评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组均采取会阴侧切方式,干预组有2例(1.67%)采用会阴侧切方式。干预组的产后出血、尿潴留和新生儿窒息发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产科实施助产综合服务模式,能提高产妇的护理满意度和分娩舒适度,降低产妇分娩过程中的会阴侧切率,减少产后并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of obstetrical comprehensive service mode of midwifery in reducing latemal episiotomy rate. Methods 240 cases of puerperas admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing service, while the intervention group received comprehensive service mode of midwifery. The clinical nursing service satisfaction degree, laternal episiotomy rate, body comfort and postpartum complications were compared between two groups. Results The clinical nursing service satisfaction degree of intervention group was 90.83%, significantly higher than 80.83% of control group （P〈0.05）. The body comfort scores of intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. All puerperas in control group received laternal episiotomy, and 2 cases （1.67%） of puerperas in intervention group received laternal episiotomy. The incidences of postpartum hemorrhage, urinary retention and asphyxia neonatorum of intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The obstetrical comprehensive service mode of midwifery can improve nursing satisfaction degree and puerperal comfort, reduce latemal episiotomy rate during delivery and postpartum complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
