摘要 目的探讨IKAP教育模式对高龄高危前列腺术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取48例行前列腺术后回归社区的患者,对其实施信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)健康教育模式干预。6个月后评价患者的生活质量、尿失禁严重程度、对健康教育的满意度。结果干预后,患者的简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评分明显提高,轻度尿失禁增加到26例(54.17%),患者对健康教育的满意度为100.00%,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高龄高危前列腺术后患者实施IKAP教育模式干预,能有效提高健康教育效果,促进患者排尿功能的早日恢复,提高其生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of IKAP education mode on quality of life of elderly high-risk patients after prostate surgery. Methods 48 cases of patients who returned to the community after prostate surgery were selected and given intervention of information-knowledge-attitude-practice (IKAP) health education mode. After 6 months, the quality of life, severity of urinary incontinence and satisfaction degree to health education of patients were evaluated. Results After intervention, patients' short form health survey scale (SF-36) scores rose obviously, the cases of mild urinary incontinence climbed to 26 (54.17%), patients' satisfaction degree to health education was 100.00%, and all had statistical differences with those before intervention (P 〈0.05). Conclusions IKAP health education mode in the application of elderly high-risk patients after prostate surgery can effectively improve the effect of health education, promote patients' early recovery of urination and improve their quality of life.
