责任制功能康复训练指导对胫骨远端骨折术后机体功能康复的影响

Effect of Accountable Functional Rehabilitation Training Guidance on Body Functional Rehabilitation of Patients after Distal Tibial Fracture Surgery

目的探讨责任制功能康复训练指导对胫骨远端骨折术后患者机体功能康复的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年10月行胫骨远端骨折加压钢板内固定手术的100例患者,分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组按传统护理工作模式由每天上班护士完成患者的治疗和功能康复训练指导,观察组由责任护士对住院期间患者实施责任制功能康复训练指导。结果观察组的掌握护理知识评分、护理依从性、踝关节功能护理效果、并发症发生率和护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制功能康复训练指导能够促进患者掌握康复护理知识,提高其护理依从性,促进踝关节功能康复和降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the accountable functional rehabilitation training guidance on body functional rehabilitation of patients after distal tibial fracture surgery. Methods 100 cases of patients with distal tibial fractures undergoing compression plate internal fixation in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Daily work nurses completed the treatment and functional rehabilitation training guidance of patients in control group according to the traditional nursing mode, and the primary nurses completed the accountable fimctional rehabilitation training guidance of patients in observation group during the hospitalization. Results The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in the score of rehabilitation nursing knowledge, nursing compliance, nursing effect of ankle function, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree, with statistical differences （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Accountable functional rehabilitation training guidance can promote patients to master the rehabilitation nursing knowledge, improve their nursing compliance, promote the rehabilitation of ankle function and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
