改良式双腔尿管低压灌肠在老年便秘患者中的应用

Application of Modified Double Lumen Catheter Low Pressure Enema in Elderly Patients with Constipation

目的:探讨改良式双腔尿管低压灌肠在老年便秘患者中的应用。方法:选择临床老年便秘患者106例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组64例和对照组42例。观察组采用改良式双腔尿管低压灌肠法,对照组采用传统常规清洁灌肠法,比较两组老年患者的灌肠液保留时间、灌肠效果及不适感。结果:与对照组相比,观察组灌肠液保留时间明显更长,不适感更轻,灌肠效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良式双腔尿管低压灌肠是老年便秘患者灌肠的理想方法,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the application of modified double lumen catheter low pressure enema in elderly patients with constipation. Methods： 106 elderly patients with constipation were randomly divided into an observation group of 64 patients and a control group of 42 patients. The observation group using modified double lumen catheter low pressure enema, the control group using conventional routine cleaning enema, two groups of elderly patients with enema retention time, enema effect and dis- comfort. Results： compared with that of the control group, retention time of enema in the observation group was longer,discom- fort was light, enema effect was significant, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0. 01）. Conclusions= modified double lumen catheter low pressure enema is an ideal method for elderly patients with constipation enema, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
