异位妊娠的超声声像改变及其临床价值

The sonographic features and clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨异位妊娠的超声声像改变及其临床价值。方法:选取128例育龄妇女,有或无停经史,出现不规则阴道出血,尿HCG阳性或阴性,用ALOKA a7超声诊断仪,经阴道超声探查盆腔子宫附件。结果:128例患者经术后病理证实为异位妊娠,输卵管妊娠122例,卵巢妊娠3例,宫角妊娠2例,大网膜妊娠1例;超声声像图结合月经史、尿HCG、血β-HCG、临床表现可确诊。结论:阴道超声是诊断异位妊娠的首选方法,为临床选择治疗方案及确定手术时机提供了可靠的依据,早诊断早治疗,降低死亡率。

Objective： To investigate the sonographic features and clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） in the diagno- sis of ectopic pregnancy （EP） and analyzed. Methods ：128 women of childbearing age, has the menolipsis or the non- menolipsis, with the Vaginal Hemorrhage and HCG positive or negative performed transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） by ALOKA a7 color ul- trasonic diagnostic apparatus. Results： 128 patients the overcast ultrasound were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by inpatient surgery and clinical pathology examination. Among the 128 cases, tubal pregnancy was found in 122cases, ovarian pregnancy in 3 eases, eornual pregnancy in 2 cases. Information on ultrasonogram, menstrual history, serum, urine β-HCG and the clinical symptoms may be helpful for diagnosis. Conclusion：Transvaginal ultrasound is one of the best choices in EP diagnosing, it can fast and accurately judge whether a woman has EP. It can offer the reliable reference as early as possible for treatment and re- duce mortality in patients with EP.
