探讨女性乳腺浸润性导管癌的乳腺X线影像学特征

目的:研究分析女性乳腺浸润性导管癌的乳腺X线影像学特征。方法:选取2012年1月至2017年6月我所门诊部及县人民医院普查及收治的女性乳腺浸润性导管癌患者19例,收集所有患者的临床资料,结合近年来相关文献报道,探讨分析女性乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线特征。结果:本组所选取的19例患者均有不同程度的肿块显示。其中为不规则形状的肿块10例,分叶状肿块5例,类圆形肿块4例;密度情况为高密度的为9例,等密度3例,密度不均7例;肿块边缘为毛刺状的有10例,分叶状5例,模糊不规则性4例。12例患者显示有不同程度钙化反应;10例患者有不同程度的血管增粗或迂曲现象;5例患者有不同程度的乳腺导管增粗、扭曲表现;3例患者有不同程度的皮肤增厚、粘连现象。结论:浸润性导管癌在乳腺X线下有明显的表现特征,乳腺X线检查方式对诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To study the analysis of the female breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast X-ray imaging features. Methods： From January 2012 to June 2012 I outpatient department and county people＇s hospital census and treated by the fe- male breast invasive ductal carcinoma （19 cases）, to collect all the clinical data of patients, in combination with related litera- ture reported in recent years, analyzed female breast X-ray features of infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Resuhs：19 cases of selected patients have different degrees of mass shows. Of which 10 cases of irregular shape of the mass, lobulated mass in 5 cases, class round lumps in 4 cases. Conditions for high density for 9 cases, 3 cases such as density, uneven density of 7 cases; The margins of burr in 10 cases, 5 cases lobulated, fuzzy irregularity in 4 cases. 12 patients have different degree calcification reac- tion. 10 patients had different degrees of vascular enlargement or circuity phenomenon. 5 patients had different degrees of en- largement of mammary gland carcinoma, and twisted. Three patients have different degree of skin thickening, adhesion phe- nomenon. Conclusion： The infiltrating ductal carcinoma in breast X-ray line has obvious characteristics, breast X-ray method for diagnosing breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma has high clinical value.
