人性化护理对COPD合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸低通气综合征患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of humanized nursing on compliarce and quality of life in patients with COPD combined with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的:探讨人性化护理对COPD合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:随机抽取2015年7月至2016年7月期间我院收治的COPD合并OSAHS患者86例作对照实验,将患者分为两组,其中对照组(n=43例)患者采用常规护理干预,观察组(n=43例)患者采用人性化护理,对比分析不同护理干预措施对患者生活质量与治疗依从性的影响。结果:两组患者护理前SGRQ评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后SGRQ评分均优于护理前(P<0.05),组间对比,观察组SGRQ评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率95.35%明显高于对照组76.74%(P<0.05)。结论:COPD合并OSAHS患者采用人性化护理,临床护理效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with COPD combined with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:Randomly selected July 2015 to July 2016 period was admitted to our hospital with COPD patients with OSAHS in 86 cases compared with experiments,patients were divided into two groups.The control group(n=43 cases)were treated by routine nursing intervention,the observation group(n=43 cases)were treated with humane care,comparing and analyzing the effect of different nursing interventions on the quality of life of patients and treatment compliance.Results:Nursing care of the patients in the two groups were before SGRQ scores had no significant difference(P >0.05),nursing,SGRQ scores were better than that before treatment(P <0.05)and group contrast observed group SGRQ score improvement is better than that of the control group(P <0.05);observation group treatment compliance rate(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:COPD patients with OSAHS patients with humane care,clinical care effect is significant.
