摘要
民办高校在应用型转型的背景下不断的探索和培养出符合企业和社会需求的高素质应用型人才,文章基于对本校以及同等类型的民办高校的调查研究,总结出了民办高校通信专业现阶段较为有效的人才培养改革方向。
In the background of technology-applied transition,The private colleges need develop applied talents to fit in with the needs of the society and erterprise.The paper base on the research and investigation with the same type of private college .Sum up the effective method for the Talents education reform of Application-oriented Communication Engineering Specialty.
