摘要
电梯钢结构形式为箱型结构.施工难点在于焊接节点多、焊接方位多且大多数焊缝为全熔透焊缝,很容易产生焊接变形及裂纹。对此首先采用COMSOL建立了三维仿真模型,对电梯钢结构的TIG焊接温度场进行了有限元分析。通过对比不同结构下焊接电流对温度场的影响,分析其温度场分布及熔池成形规律。
In the form of elevator steel structure, the construction difficulty is that there are many welding joints and sides and most of the welding seams are all weld penetration welds, which is easy to cause welding deformation and crack. Firstly, the three-dimensional simulation model was built by COMSOL, and the TIG welding temperature field of the elevator steel structure was analyzed by finite element method. By comparing the effect of welding current on the temperature field under different elevator steel structures, the distribution of temperature field and the forming law of weld pool are analyzed.
