[目的]总结导师刘文琼教授治疗先兆流产的经验。[方法]通过整理刘文琼教授相关医案,结合历代名家的相关论述,从病因病机、治法方药、用药特点等方面系统总结刘教授治疗先兆流产的临证经验和学术观点,并附医案举例。[结果]刘文琼教授认为,先兆流产的病因病机涉及肾、脾功能失调,主要责之肾虚。肾精血虚损致胎元失养,肾气亏虚致胎元难系。其总结归纳出补肾理血为主,辅以健脾益气,疏肝解郁的治则。补肾采用保胎祖方寿胎丸为基础方药。出血时大补元气和固摄止血,同时辨明寒热,对症治疗。血止后化瘀止血,辅以健脾疏肝。例举成功医案一则,充分体现刘文琼教授辨证精准,治疗方案效果显著。[结论]导师刘文琼教授结合多年经验,以整体观念和辨证论治为基础,对先兆流产的诊治提出独到的见解和治疗方案,为临床诊治提供思路。

[Objective]Summary of the experience of Professor LIU Wenqiong in the treatment of threatened aborfion.[Method]By using the method of finishing medical records of Professor LIU Wenqiong and discussion of previous dynasties famous doctors.This paper summarizes the experience of Professor LIU in the treatment of threatened abortion from the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment,prescriptions,drug characteristics and so on,and for proven cases.[Resuhs] Professor LIU Wenqiong thinks that basic pathogenesis of threatened abortion is related to malfunction of kidney and spleen,particularly deficiency of the kidney.Kidney essence and blood deficiency lead to fetal loss of nutrition.Kidney deficiency causes abortion.The effective treatment plan is to give priority to kidney and ameliorat blood circulation.Adjuvant therapy is strengthening spleen, soothing liver and replenishing qi. Shoutai Wan can nourish the kidney. During the bleeding period, the method is supplementing Qi, fixing bleeding,and differentiating symptoms.During the unbleeding period ,the main method is removing blood stasis to stop bleeding, strengthening spleen and soothing the liver Qi.h lists a successful case,and reflects that Professor LIU Wenqiong has great skill. [Conclusion]Combined with years of experience and the holistic concept and dialectical theory,Professor LIU Wenqiong has unique insights and experience that provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
