摘要
解决目前我国旅游管理职教师资本科生专业教学能力培养"低效"的难题,需要构建有效教学研究视角的旅游管理职教师资本科生专业教学能力培养框架。旅游管理职教师资本科生专业教学能力有效培养的关键环节是通过激发学生的学习动机、设计丰富的教学活动、创设特定的教学情境与构建倾听的对话机制,营造以生为本的高效课堂。
The inefficiency of developing professional teaching abilities is a problem in preparing Chinese undergraduates for vocational education teachers of Tourism Management Major.To solve the problem,it is necessary to build an framework of cultivating professional teaching ability based on researching perspective of effective teaching. The key to cultivate professional teaching ability effectively is to construct highly effective classroom by stimulating students' learning motivation, design of rich teaching activities, creating specific teaching situations, and constructing a dialogue mechanism for listening.
