The inefficiency of developing professional teaching abilities is a problem in preparing Chinese undergraduates for vocational education teachers of Tourism Management Major.To solve the problem,it is necessary to build an framework of cultivating professional teaching ability based on researching perspective of effective teaching. The key to cultivate professional teaching ability effectively is to construct highly effective classroom by stimulating students＇ learning motivation, design of rich teaching activities, creating specific teaching situations, and constructing a dialogue mechanism for listening.
