论MOOC时代高职教育面临的机遇与挑战

Opportunities and Challenges of Higher Vocational Education in the Era of MOOC

高职教育在MOOC时代面临的挑战和机遇并存。挑战主要包括MOOC对高职教师学术能力和教学组织能力提出了新要求、学校面临人才培养模式和市场开放竞争的新情况;机遇包括MOOC模式带来的低成本办学可能性、教师培养及校企合作新途径,以及通过MOOC实现"互联网+职业教育"的新思路。高职教育可通过创新人才培养模式、尝试微专业建设,创新校企合作模式、共建共享MOOC,创新教师培养模式、关注教师职业发展,创新办学思路、变MOOC学员为学生等路径,应对MOOC时代的机遇与挑战。

Higher vocational education is face with both challenges and opportunities in the era of MOOC, challenges mostly including the new requirement put forward by MOOC for higher vocational teachers＇ academic and teaching organization abilities, and the new situation of talent training mode and open market competition faced by the schools and opportunities including the possibility of low cost school-running offered by MOOC mode, the new way of teacher training and school-enterprise cooperation and the new idea of Internet plus vocational education realized by MOOC. Higher vocational education can make an attempt to build micro specialty by innovating talent training mode, co-build and share MOOC by innovating the mode of school-enterprise cooperation, pay attention to the professional development of teachers by innovating teacher-training mode and turn MOOC learners into students by innovating school-running ideas to deal with opportunities and challenges in the era of MOOC.
