摘要 企业人力资源管理工作者胜任特征模型主要包括专业态度能力、专业核心能力、专业发展能力、专业基本能力4个维度15个胜任特征要素,其中,专业核心能力和专业基本能力的9个胜任特征要素是表层特征,专业态度能力、专业发展能力的6个胜任特征要素是深层特征。培养学生具备企业人力资源工作者的胜任力,应构建高职人力资源管理专业实践体系,围绕15个胜任特征要素,构建实践项目系统3类18个实践项目、实践平台系统3类6个实践平台以及相应的监控落实系统。 The competence characteristic model of human resources management workers in enterprises mainly includes professional attitude ability, professional core ability, professional development ability and professional basic ability of four dimensions and 15 competence characteristic elements, in which nine competence characteristic elements of professional core ability and professional basic ability are the surface characteristics, and six competence characteristic elements of professional attitude ability and professional development ability are the deep characteristics. To cultivate the students with the competency of enterprise human resources workers, vocational colleges should build the practice project system with 18 practice projects of three categories, the practice project platform with six practice platforms of three categories and the corresponding systems of monitoring implementation in the practice system of human resources management major in vocational colleges around 15 competence characteristics elements.
