大学生党员义工服务不仅是我国高等教育需要开展的重要社会工程,而且是大学生党员体系发展的重要环节,是贯彻落实社会主义核心价值观、构建和谐社会的一项具体行动。当前,大学生党员义工服务的现状喜忧参半,仍存在不少问题,如思想认识不足、实践经验缺乏、管理培训有待加强、义工服务专业性不强等。学校应明确大学生党员义工服务的深层意义以及探索其专业化服务的新途径,以更好地符合新形势下大学生党员义工专业化服务的发展要求。

The service by university student party member＇s volunteers is not only an important social program that higher education in China needs to carry out but also an important link of the development system of the party members among university students, which is a specific action of implementing the socialist core values and building a harmonious society. At present, the service of university student party member＇s volunteers has a mixed situation and still many problems such as the insufficient ideological understanding, the lack of practical experience, the management training to be still strengthened and the inadequate professional service of volunteers. Thus, it is necessary to specify the profound significance and probe into the new way of the professional service so as to better meet the requirement for the development of the professional service of university student party member＇ s volunteers.
