道德灌输与道德培育的学校德育选择

道德培育是目前道德教育领域大力倡导的教育方式,而道德灌输则是被人诟病的道德教育方式。从理论上来讲,道德培育是最好的道德教育方式,但是实行起来有现实局限性;道德灌输是一种有缺陷的道德教育方式,但是能弥补道德培育的局限性,又为现实的道德教育所不能缺。所以,现学校德育应该将道德灌输与道德培育两者结合起来,使其各施其用。

The moral cuhivation is now the education mode greatly advocated in the field of the moral education while the moral indoctrination is the moral-education mode criticized by people. In theory, the moral cultivation is the best way of the moral education, but the reality has its limitations; the moral indoctrination is a flawed way of the moral education, but can compensate for the limitations of the moral cultivation and also the realistic moral education cannot lack, so the realistic moral education should be a combination of both, which can make them play their respective role.
