摘要
为了明确国内目前煤炭调运格局下的省际铁路CO2排放量并理清省间差异原因,在计算各省内燃机车与电力机车单位周转排放量的基础上结合两类机车的周转比例,最终得到各省铁路的排放系数,利用该系数对全国2014年各省铁路在煤炭调运过程中产生的CO2排放量进行测算。在此基础上引入全局排放量最低情景,通过比较分析可得国内目前铁路煤炭调运所存在的问题并提出相应的优化方案。
In order to calculate provincial CO2 emission in present coal transportation pattern and find out the reason of provincial differences, the provincial emission coefficients of each province were achieved after calculating each province's emission factors of diesel locomotive and electric locomotive and collecting data of turnover ratios of these two kinds of locomotives. Using this coefficient to calculate railway emissions of coal transportation of 2014. Based on that, a scenario of minimized total CO2 emission was introduced to analyze the existing problems of present railway coal transportation and some feasible optimization plans were offered.
